Business Analysis methodology based on hypothesis (HDA)
HDA (Hypothesis-Driven Analysis) is a proprietary methodology developed by R² that enables the rapid, precise, and systematic diagnosis of business problems and the design of a path for change.
Unlike traditional, lengthy “As-Is” analyses, HDA focuses on formulating a hypothesis and then validating it through data, processes, workshops, and modeling.
As a result, within just 25–40 business days, the organization receives:
- the described problem and a possible solution,
- a data-validated hypothesis,
- a target process model (BPMN),
- an implementation plan,
- business and system architecture,
- and complete project documentation.
This approach aligns with R²’s way of working, which—according to the company’s description—combines consulting, technology, and implementation to deliver solutions “effectively and efficiently” rather than merely reports.
