Analysis of the functionality of 7 global ECM platforms. Development of 6 use cases that the technology suppliers solved during workshops. A platform benchmark was developed, along with an analysis of the competencies of the platform vendors and their Polish integrators. An approach to knowledge transfer was taken, as well as an assessment of vendor lock-in risk.
