Redesign and digitalization of vehicle financing processes within 2 different legal regimes.
Development of a new model for handling vehicle financing applications (jointly for the bank and the leasing company) together with the design of processes, roles and permissions, the modeling of user interface mockups, the planning of the user experience and platform functionality, and the contracting of the IT architecture. The whole was preceded by a detailed analysis of the market, the needs of the sales network and customer expectations.
