Electronic document workflow

The work carried out during the implementation of the EZD RP system in a local government unit also included the full digitalization of the document workflow. Drawing on experience from earlier projects related to electronic document workflow, we designed and implemented processes based exclusively on digital documents, eliminating the need for a paper workflow and ensuring a coherent flow of information across the entire organization.

As part of these activities, we analyzed the existing document paths step by step, identified areas requiring improvement, and implemented uniform work standards based on the EZD RP system. The result was the creation of a transparent, unified model for handling documentation, supporting operational efficiency and increasing the transparency of administrative activities.
