Implementation of eLogistics

Implementation of a digital workflow for logistics documentation in the supply chain, including the handling of orders, returns, complaints, delivery notes and delivery reports. Acting as a substitute investor, managing 9 suppliers and internal teams, ensuring operational continuity in relation to 5,000 cooperating entities. After implementation, the solution handles more than 120,000 documents per day, made available to more than 20,000 users. After implementation, the solution was handed over to the client and is further developed internally. We were responsible for delivering the expected business result (KPI) as the outcome of the project work. The business, operational, process and technological KPIs were developed as part of our earlier project.
