Development of a new model for handling vehicle financing requests (jointly bank and leasing company) including design of processes, roles, permissions, modeling of mockups, user interfaces, planning of user experience and platform functionality, contracting of IT architecture. All preceded by a detailed analysis of the market, the needs of the sales network and customer expectations.

Development of an outsourced model for the processing of office and archival records for an organization operating in 4 European countries, in 4 different jurisdictions. The premise was to create a geographically distributed structure for content processing and digital distribution to a centralized model for its handling, indexing, management and sharing.
