The hackathon included validation of the licensing assumptions for the platforms, the implementation model, and a practical part, in which the vendors were to solve the client’s specific business problems within a specified time.

Analysis of the functionality of 7 global ECM platforms. Development of 6 use cases that technology providers solved during the hackathon. A platform benchmark, an analysis of the competencies of platform vendors and their Polish integrators were developed. An approach to knowledge transfer was made, as well as an assessment of vendor lock risk.
